Kazak Building Company, Inc. is a building contractor who has been serving both Oakland and Macomb counties in Michigan since 1999. Project Background

For this particular project, the homeowners decided to update the look and feel of their current kitchen. They wanted a timeless style that would appear both classic and modern.

Strategy/Challenges

Two unique challenges that presented itself during this project were the angular dimensions of the room and the window walls. Typically, cabinets come in a variety of sizes that can easily fit into most spaces. With this particular room layout, the window wall angled in such a way that the designer needed to find the right cabinet door style to ensure that the new cabinetry was functional, practical, and flowed with the rest of the cabinets all the while matching the vision of the homeowners.

Result/Solution

It was recommended to complete this kitchen renovation with Merillat® Classic in the Ralston door style with 5-piece drawer front in Maple Wood with Cotton paint. In order to help achieve the desired outcome, the homeowners decided to add smooth silver pulls to the cabinets, selected a gorgeous gray counter top with white swirls, and choose black and stainless steel appliances.
